How our pricing works
Every job on this page starts with a free diagnosis at the counter. We open the Mac, run Apple diagnostics where needed, and work out exactly what's failed before we mention a single ringgit.
You then get one fixed quote, agreed with you before any part is touched. If a repair turns out to need more than first thought, we call before going further; the price never changes without your approval. That's what No Fix No Fee means here: if we can't help, or you decide not to go ahead, you owe us nothing beyond the free diagnosis.

Why prices differ by model
A MacBook Air 13" screen is smaller and simpler to source than a MacBook Pro 16" Liquid Retina XDR panel, so the two jobs are priced differently even though both fall under screen replacement. The same applies to batteries: an Air's single cell costs less than the larger dual-cell packs fitted in bigger Pro models.
Apple Silicon logic boards are generally more involved to repair at component level than older Intel boards, and that shows up in the quote too. We confirm your exact model and year before pricing anything, which is why every figure on this page is a starting point, not the final word.

What is never charged
The diagnosis itself never costs anything, whether or not you go ahead with the repair. If a Mac can't be fixed, or you decide against the quote once you've seen it, you still pay nothing further — that's the No Fix No Fee part of every visit.
There are no callout fees, no separate "inspection" charges and nothing added for putting the Mac back together if you walk away. The only thing you ever pay for is a repair you've actually approved.
