Apple Certified Independent Repair Provider: what it means
Apple has certified the iPRO Ampang workshop and trained our technicians as an Independent Repair Provider (IRP), and every job runs through Apple's own diagnostics before and after the repair. Genuine and original-grade parts are used throughout, matched to what your specific model needs.
We are not an Apple Authorised Service Provider; that is a different programme. Being certified as an IRP instead is what lets us open a Mac down to component level on the logic board rather than replacing it outright, and price accordingly.
Repaired in front of you
There's no back room at iPRO Ampang. Screens, batteries and keyboards are done at the counter, in view, while you wait or run an errand nearby. Logic board and liquid damage jobs are diagnosed at the counter in front of you, then repaired on the bench, and we call you when the Mac is ready to collect.
