Before you come
If the Mac still boots, make a Time Machine or iCloud backup. Bring the charger if the problem involves charging or power. Have your Apple ID password ready: Apple Silicon Macs need it to complete some repairs, and you enter it yourself at the counter.
Payment and warranty
We accept cash, credit and debit cards, credit card instalments (EPP/IPP) on bigger repairs, online bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost and SPayLater, so you can pay however suits you. Every repair carries a warranty on parts and workmanship, up to 18 months depending on the job, and if the same fault returns within that period we fix it again at no charge.
